Don't forget to lounge in the giant outdoor bean bags on the dock or around the pool. A grand 6' pivot door front entrance welcomes you home. Some unique pieces include a custom built staircase by a master craftsman with original forest reclaimed white oak from an 1800's Indiana barn, a secluded gas fire pit under a Vera tree, a 1931 Steinway lime green self-playing piano and a 1940's Beaumont Coffee Shop sign that was rescued from the Beaumont Hotel off Broadway in New York City. The 20' ceiling living room & kitchen has custom sliding doors that recess into the next room thereby creating a true indoor/outdoor living space (weather permitting). There are separate Master suites on each floor with en-suite bathrooms, custom vanities sans sinks and luxurious walk-in showers. Relax, unwind, read a book or sip cocktails or bubbles in the hammocks on the lanai and 2nd floor master balcony. There are Haiku fans in all rooms and the lanai. For the guys, there's even a hidden outdoor urinal so no need to walk inside if you're in the pool and for the ladies, the cabana bathroom is just steps away.
