We liked Jason’s place a lot. The house and the pool area are really nice and very well equipped with everything you might need. Jason is extremely responsive and took care of every single thing we needed his help with. Highly recommend!

Our time at Koko Chateau was fantastic. The place is nice and clean and well located if you want to explore the area. The neighbourhood was quiet and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces for meals and family time. Having stayed in several Airbnbs, I have to say that this place was very well equipped. The beach towels, umbrella and chairs were especially appreciated :) Finally, our host Jason was super helpful and responsive. I recommend Koko Chateau for a comfortable, convenient and hassle free stay.

Jason’s airbnb was outstanding. Not only was he super flexible with check in, the home was easy to access, had a fully stocked kitchen with mentioned amenities, and an excellent pool/patio space. The bedrooms were perfect and the main room was vast for a relaxing evening. 10/10 would recommend this home and I look forward to returning. Thanks!

The place was spotlessly clean with no dust or grime to be found. What impressed us most was the comprehensive amenity list: literally everything was provided, from a full kitchen (including a grill, pots, and pans) to a washer/dryer, extra bedding, and helpful items like a vacuum and mop. They even supplied beach chairs and family games! We loved the outdoor spaces, especially the covered patio and beautiful back deck. The location is fantastic: nestled in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the main highway and a short distance to the beach. We especially appreciated the local restaurant recommendation. We enjoyed a wonderful family walk to the recommended restaurant, El Guanaco. A flawless stay!

Loved our stay at the Teal House. So serene, and so relaxing but close enough to the hustle and bustle to feel like you’re “in it.” Without hesitation, we would stay again. Jason was a great host with very proactive communication. Thanks for a great weekend in the Manor.

We had such a great stay at Koko Chateau! The house was relaxing and comfortable, with a private backyard that was perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Jason was a wonderful host — very responsive and flexible, even allowing us to check in early. He also checked in to make sure we were settling in nicely, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom linens were fresh and soft. The living and dining areas were cozy and inviting, making it easy to unwind after a day out. The location was ideal — quiet and peaceful, yet close to the airport, the beach, and the Las Olas area. Truly the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!
