The place was spotlessly clean with no dust or grime to be found. What impressed us most was the comprehensive amenity list: literally everything was provided, from a full kitchen (including a grill, pots, and pans) to a washer/dryer, extra bedding, and helpful items like a vacuum and mop. They even supplied beach chairs and family games! We loved the outdoor spaces, especially the covered patio and beautiful back deck. The location is fantastic: nestled in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the main highway and a short distance to the beach. We especially appreciated the local restaurant recommendation. We enjoyed a wonderful family walk to the recommended restaurant, El Guanaco. A flawless stay!

Loved our stay at the Teal House. So serene, and so relaxing but close enough to the hustle and bustle to feel like you’re “in it.” Without hesitation, we would stay again. Jason was a great host with very proactive communication. Thanks for a great weekend in the Manor.

We had such a great stay at Koko Chateau! The house was relaxing and comfortable, with a private backyard that was perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Jason was a wonderful host — very responsive and flexible, even allowing us to check in early. He also checked in to make sure we were settling in nicely, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom linens were fresh and soft. The living and dining areas were cozy and inviting, making it easy to unwind after a day out. The location was ideal — quiet and peaceful, yet close to the airport, the beach, and the Las Olas area. Truly the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Thanks so much Jason for a great stay. We loved the pool! I really enjoyed that it was salt water and plenty of stainless steel cookware! Our children loved the pool and our dogs loved hunting down lizards in the backyard🙂

Jason is a great host, always responsive. The property looks just like the pictues. The highlight of the house is defenetly the pool. The area is very quiet. The house is fully stock with eveything you need. We had a great time.

Unser Aufenthalt in orange Door war fabelhaft. Sehr schönes Möbeldesign, voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschküche steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung, der Pool rundet das ganze Profil ab. Die Lage ist sehr gut, mit dem Auto haben wir in wenigen Minuten alle unseren täglichen Touren erreicht. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Jason ist sehr hilfsbereit, antwortet schnell auf alle fragen. Sehr guter Gastgeber. Besten Dank

Our stay was absolutely amazing! This is a truly spectacular house in a beautiful neighborhood — everything was just incredible. The design of the home deserves special mention, it’s stylish, thoughtful, and created such a unique atmosphere. We enjoyed every moment of our stay to the fullest. And the pool… that was a whole separate story — simply perfect! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would be more than happy to spend 12 months a year in this house. Highly recommend!

We stayed Jason place 21 days with our twin boys and service animals. Perfect place for family, he is always help his guest make sure everything perfect for his guest. His cleaning team is excellent. Definitely we will be back to stay here. We would like to thank him not enough.
